It has been brought to our attention that some homeowners may not be familiar with our Property Rules as outlined in our Covenants. Below are a few reminders. The full list can be found on Trailwoodpetal.com under the members section labeled “documents”.
It has been brought to our attention that some homeowners may not be familiar with our Property Rules as outlined in our Covenants. Below are a few reminders. The full list can be found on Trailwoodpetal.com under the members section labeled “documents”.
- BOATS, TRAILERS AND RECREATIONAL VEHICLES NOT TO BE VISIBLE: No boats, trailers, or recreational vehicles regardless of size shall be visible in any form or portion from the common roads of Trailwood, Trailwood West or the Willows of Trailwood.
- ELECTION SIGNS AND NOTICES: All election signs are prohibited before 30 (thirty) days preceding the election to which they apply, and must be removed no later than 5:00 PM the day following the election to which they apply.
- PARKING: All resident and visitor vehicles must be parked in residence garages and/or driveways; all street parking shall be prohibited.
- NEW FIXTURES AND IMPROVEMENTS PROHIBITED WITHOUT APPROVAL: All fixtures, permanent or non-permanent, which are visible from the common roads of Trailwood, are prohibited unless approved in advance by the Architectural Review Committee and/or Board of Directors.
